Apart from summer homes belonging to people from Lindos, Pefkos is a relatively low profile resort area which is made up of small hotels and rooms to let, occupied chiefly by groups of Scandinavians, British, Germans and Austrians. The main streets, back from the shore, have everything: mini market, pharmacy, cafe's, bars, restaurants.
The pines stand tall above the buildings, as you look back towards the shore from any of the chair of sandy coves.

Pefkos is built in an old village, which was once known as a fisherman's town. Situated on the beach, it has grown into a new and exciting place.

During the day, you can walk down, enjoy the sandy beaches, and lay out in the sun. There is a nice variety of Villas and Hotels in Pefkos area, which will make you feel like you are in paradise. There are many pools with snack bars in the area, where you can relax, have a snack and enjoy a drink with friends and family.

At night when all the streets light up, you can take a stroll and take a glance at the fine shops or a quaint restaurant to eat some of the finest Greek food. The bars in Pefkos always have something exciting to offer; great music, karaoke or even a Greek night with some traditional dancing.
