It is paradise - the views, the food, the atomsphere. In the evening it was exceptionally nice. I will never get over the taste of the homemade Greek dips. | Comments: | Well, as Sam's last comments (Sept 2006) suggested, I can confirm that we did indeed return to Pefkos in June 2007 to get married and held the reception at Philosophia! Once again Philippos and his team were just fantastic and made the day very, very special for us, our family and friends! Philippos, Sergio and Igor and the chefs were amazing and could not do enough for us. The canapes, food and champagne/drinks were first class and the venue as you can see from the images on the homepage made it just the perfect setting for our special day! We have only positive things to say about Philosophia, so much so that it now holds a special place in our hearts and we intend to return for many years to come. Sam and I now class Philippos and Barbara as friends (not forgetting Sergio and Igor) and it only leaves me to say that if you are planning a romantic meal, special event or just a snack/beer after a lazy day on the beach, then Philosophia is the palce for you! |

| Comments: | May 2007. Just returned from 3rd trip to Pefkos. Had only lunched at Philosophia before but this trip we came to the conclusion that it was THE place to eat so we had lunch, post beach gin and tonic and dinner almost every day. Philipos, Barbara and the other daerk haired chap were super. We met the chef to compliment him too - try his hot chocolate souffle with espresso cream - you'll think you've died and gone to heaven. Absolutely the best food and best views in Pefkos and a lovely, laid back atmosphere. Can't recommend it highly enough. |

| Comments: | We are so lucky just having had a fantastic week in Pefkos,it was the perfect week for and we had a fab lunch at Philosophia on our 2nd last day...only sad we didnt make it for dinner..but next year..definately :-) Lets hope your have some Karpuzi! Sergio you thought you knew me and that my brother had bought a house in Lardos, unfortuntely that is not the case but we will now try the lottery! It was lovely to meet both yourself and Barbara and your guests of the feline kind!! |

| Comments: | I have just returned home from Pefkos after a fantastic two week stay. My partner and I were lucky enough to eat at Philosophia just once right at the end of our stay. I only wish we had stumbled across it earlier, it was such a lovely experience.
